About this Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and target-driven Field Marketer to drive patient awareness and client acquisition for a dental clinic operating around Gbagada and the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) axis in Lagos.
The successful candidate will promote the clinic’s dental services through field visits, community outreach, referrals, and relationship building. This role requires a confident individual who can identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into clinic visits.
Please note: Previous work experience in a dental clinic or eye clinic is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market dental services to prospective patients, clients, and corporate organisations within the Gbagada and LASUTH areas.
- Identify and engage potential clients through direct field visits, community outreach, and referral networks.
- Distribute marketing materials and create awareness about the clinic’s services.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare staff, corporate clients, and referral partners.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to encourage clinic visits.
- Work towards daily and monthly targets for client acquisition and clinic visits.
- Identify opportunities to expand awareness of the clinic within target communities and locations.
- Maintain records of field activities, leads generated, follow-ups, and client acquisition results.
- Submit daily and weekly field activity reports.
- Represent the clinic professionally when engaging with prospective patients and referral partners.
Requirements
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Field Marketer is required.
- Previous work experience in a dental clinic or eye clinic is compulsory.
- Familiarity with the Gbagada and LASUTH areas is an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging prospective clients and building professional relationships.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and a target-driven approach to work.
- Ability to work in the field with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate activity reports.
