Oversee daily park and floor operations and ensure routine tasks are completed in line with established SOPs.
Supervise cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers.
Conduct daily checks of the grounds, facilities, lighting, plants, drains, and general environment.
Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate with appropriate licensed vendors for necessary repairs or services.
Maintain up-to-date maintenance, grounds, event-readiness, and visitor feedback records.
Interact warmly and professionally with visitors, provide basic information about the park, and collect feedback.
Support light visitor engagement and park promotion without hard selling or closing sales.
Provide regular photo-based reports as evidence of completed tasks and the condition of the facility.
Ensure the park is properly prepared ahead of events, peak periods, and other scheduled activities.
Monitor the overall appearance and readiness of the park and promptly address issues that may affect the visitor experience.
Carry out other relevant operational duties as required.
